This book is a light, inspirational and uplifting read for those of us who want to stay on the right path to true fulfilment and happiness. The true-life stories included in the book add to its benefits but at times barely touch the surface. I would have liked to read deeper, more detailed, emotionally charged accounts. There are a lot of exercises, and I cannot stress enough the importance of these self-reflecting questions. You won’t get anything out of this book if you don’t take the time to do them. Abundance Triggers will help with those limiting beliefs and negative emotions that often trigger us, and shift our consciousness into a more blissful, expansive state. Recommended!
